3 med. zucchini
3 med. sweet potatoes, peel
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3.5 oz. pkg. Durkee French Fried Onion Rings

Directions:
Directions:
Slice zucchini & sweet potatoes very thin and dust with flour.
In a large skillet, heat oil until very hot, then add vegetables.
Cook until crisp, approximately 30 seconds.
Remove from oil and drain.
Toss with Durkee Onions before serving.
