1 pint grape or cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
15 oz. black beans, rinse, drain
1 c. whole kernel corn, thawed
1/2 c. red onion, dice finely
2 jalapeņo peppers, seeded and minced
1/2 tsp. lime zest
1/4 c. fresh lime juice
1/4 c. minced cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 ripe avocados, diced

Mix together adding the avocados just before serving.
Serve with tortilla chips or on Mexican food.
