Ingredients:  
1 (16 oz.) package great northern beans
2 cups.cubed ham or 1 ham hock
8 cups. water
1 carrot chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 stalks chopped celery
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Wash beans and place in crockpot with all ingredients. Cook on high 4-5 hrs.
