3 1/2 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
8 oz cream cheese
2 tsp lemon juice
dash Worcestershire sauce
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
dash coarse salt
dash ground white pepper
8 ozs sharp cheddar cheese -- finely shredded
2 Tbsps chutney
1/4 c dried cranberries -- finely chopped
water crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together everything down through pepper, with mixer.
Stir in by hand cheese & chutney.
Roll into a ball and refrigerate. You can refrigerate for 3 days or freeze for a month.
Before serving roll in chopped cranberries.
Serve with water crackers.
