1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. butter
4 oz. semisweet chocolate, chopped
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
4 large eggs
1 t. vanilla
3/4 t. salt
10.5 oz bag miniature marshmallows (I use only about 3/4 of the bag.)
chocolate frosting

Chocolate Frosting
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/3 c. milk
16 oz powdered sugar ( I don't use quite this much. It can get too thick to pour over the marshmallows.)
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Place pecans in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Microwave butter and chocolate for 1 min. or until melted. Stir every 30 seconds.
Whisk sugar and next 5 ingredients into chocolate mix. Pour batter into greased jellyroll pan.
Bake at 350 for 20 min. Remove from oven; sprinkle with marshmallows; bake 8 to 10 more minutes or until golden brown. Drizzle warm cake with chocolate frosting. Sprinkle with pecans

Frosting:Stir together the first 3 ingred. In a med saucepan over med. Heat until butter is melted. Cook, stirring constantly, 2 min. or until slightly thickened. Beat choc. Mix with sugar and vanilla in an electric mixer until smooth. Pour over warm cake & top with pecans.
