8 c fresh or frozen green beans (about 2 lbs.)
1/2 lb fresh mushroom
2 Tbs butter
2 Tbs flour
1 tsp dried minced onion
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 c skim milk
1 c lite sour cream
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c shredded Swiss cheese
Topping
1/3 c slivered almonds
1/3 c crushed corn flakes
1 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place beans in a Dutch oven
Cover with water.
Boil.
Cover and cook 3 to 5 minutes.
Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, saute mushrooms in butter until tender.
Stir in flour, onion, pepper.
Gradually stir in milk.
Bring to a boil.
Cook and stir until thickened.
Remove from heat.
Stir in sour cream and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir in beans and cheese until blended.
Place in a greased 11" x 7" baking dish.
Combine topping ingred.
Sprinkle over top.
Bake uncovered at 350* 30 minutes or bubbly
