2 Tbs cornstarch
14 oz Swanson Vegetable or Chicken Broth
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 clove garlic OR 1/4 tsp. garlic powder -- minced
2 med carrots -- julienne
2 stalk celery -- sliced
1 green or red bell pepper -- sliced into bite sizes
1 lg onion -- cut into bite sizes
1 c fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets
4 oz snow peas

Stir cornstarch into 1/4 cup broth

MIX remaining broth, ginger, garlic, carrots, celery, pepper, onion,& broccoli in skillet. Heat to a boil. Turn off heat & stir in snow peas. Cover and let steam until vegetables are tender-crisp. (If you are in a hurry can leave heat on low and cook for 5 minutes)

ADD cornstarch mixture. Cook and stir uncovered until mixture boils and thickens.
