"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Whole Chicken, shredded
2 cans green chilies
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 16 oz container of sour cream
1 bag of shredded cheese
1 bag corn tortillas
*If too think add a 1/2 cup of chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Mix the chills, cream of chicken, sour cream, 1/2 bag of cheese, and the chicken (if the mixture is too thick add the chicken broth bit by bit to thin it out a little bit, you want the mixture to come out somewhat smoothly, not in a clump and not runny)

Spray a 9x13 pan with Pam
Pour a thin layer of the mixture on the bottom of the pan
Tear your corn tortillas into quarters and layer the bottom of the pan completely (it's like making lasagna)
Pour a layer of mixture on to the tortillas
Then layer the tortillas on top
Pour another thick layer of the mixture
Final layer of tortillas on top of the mixture
Pour the rest of the mixture on top of the tortillas
Sprinkle the rest of your cheese on top of the mixture layer
Cover with aluminum foil

Bake for 30-40 minutes, for the last 5 minutes take the foil off to let the cheese brown
Let sit for 10 minutes on a cool surface so that it can set.
Enjoy!
