1/2 c grated mild cheddar cheese
8 oz cream cheese -- softened
3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp thyme
1 Tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp olive oil
1 loaf frozen bread dough

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw bread dough according to directions on package.

Blend oregano, thyme, parsley & 2 Tbsp. parmesan into the cream cheese.

Working on a floured surface, pat bread dough into a 8" x 10" rectangle.
Spread with cream cheese mixture, leaving 1/2" margin.
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Starting with 10" side, roll up jelly-roll style, carefully sealing ends and long seam.

Place loaf on baking stone or greased cookie sheet, making sure seam is down.
Brush top with olive oil and sprinkle with remaining parmesan.
Cover with waxed paper & let rise until nearly doubled in volume.

Bake uncovered 350* 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve warm.
