1 package Pillsbury Cranberry Quick Bread Mix
3/4 C. quick cooking rolled oats
1/2 C. coconut
1/2 C. sweetened dried cranberries
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 C. oil
1 Tbsp. water
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Combine quick bread, oats, coconut, cranberries and orange peel, mix well. Add oil, water and eggs, mix well. Drop by heaping tsp. 2 inches apart, onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake from 10 to 13 minutes.
