Crust:

2 c. flour
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. salt

Lemon Filling:

4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Crust:

Blend crust ingredients together with pastry blender or fork until crumbs cling together. Press into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350º for 20 - 25 minutes, just until it starts to turn brown.

Lemon Filling:

Blend all filling ingredients together and pour over crumb mixture (no need to cool crust). Bake 25 - 30 minutes at 350º until set. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Cool and cut into bars.
