16 oz cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 oz dried beef, chopped
8 oz crushed pineapple, drained
1 c pecans divided
2 green onions, sliced

Directions:
Mix softened cream cheese, dried beef, pineapple, onions and 1/2 C pecans in bowl. Roll mixture in remaining pecans. Chill and serve with crackers.
