1 1/2 - 2 lbs ground chuck *
1 egg
1 1/4 c Progesso Bread Crumbs (I use Italian Seasoned)
3/4 tsp salt
Pepper
2 large cloves garlic, crushed (or more, if you like)
1/2 - 1 c water - judge for consistency

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together egg, crumbs, salt, pepper, galic, and water. Add meat to mixture. Form into meatballs and fry in oil (use enough to reach 1/2 way up to meatballs).

* Note: Ground chuck works best with this recipe
