1 pkg. small shell noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
2 cans tuna (7oz each), drained and flaked
4 oz. chopped fresh mushrooms
1/3 cup finely chopped onion or 1 tsp. onion powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cook noodles according to directions, drain.

2) Stir in soup and milk. Add remaining ingredients, reserving 1/4 cup cheese for top of casserole; mix lightly.

3) Place in casserole dish or oven safe dish and bake, uncovered in a preheated 350º oven for 45 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and return to oven just until cheese is melted.
