Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
12 T. dairy-free margarine
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 T. water, 1 1/2 T. oil, 1 tsp. baking powder; mixed together
1 tsp. vanilla
colored sugars or toppings of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together the flour and salt; set aside.
Melt the margarine in a large bowl. Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add water/oil/baking powder mixture and vanilla and mix well.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and blend just until combined.
Form the dough into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Preheat oven to 325º.
Roll out dough on a floured surface to a 1/3" thickness. These tend to be a little crumbly but not too bad, so it helps to cut them a bit thick. Cut dough with cookie cutters and carefully transfer to an un-greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 13-15 minutes or until very lightly brown.
Frost and decorate as you please.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
These made pretty good Christmas cut-out cookies. The recipe said they might be a little crumbly but they weren't bad. The best thing was that they tasted good!
This recipe came out of a great cookbook that Hannah found for Ella called Dairy-Free, Egg-Free, Kid Pleasing Recipes & Tips by Theresa Kingma.
