6 - 8 squash or zucchini (ratio of squash to other "stuff" depends on personal preference)
1 jar Cheez Whiz
1 1/2 tubes of Ritz crackers
6 tbsp of melted butter
large can of chopped green chilies
1 small white onion, chopped and sautéed in butter

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cut squash in chunks. Boil squash until a fork cuts through it but it’s still firm. Drain. Spread squash and sautéed onions in 9x9 casserole dish. Spread green chilies over the squash. Spread Cheez Whiz over everything. Crush crackers into crumbles and mix with melted butter, then spread on top of casserole. Bake at 375º uncovered for 20-30 minutes until bubbly.
