Red bell peppers
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Slice veggies in half, cut off tops, de-seed the peppers. Rub halves thoroughly with olive oil
Sprinkle halves with salt, pepper and creole seasoning. Lay the halves flat side down on a baking sheet. Roast at 400 for 15-20 minutes or until medium soft.
