3 T. butter, melted
1 c. confectioner's sugar
1 c. smooth peanut butter
2 c. rice crispy cereal
1/2 lb. white chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
In pan melt butter; remove from heat and add confectioner's sugar, peanut butter and cereal. Mix thoroughly. Form into 1-inch balls and place on a cookie sheet to freeze until firm.

In a double boiler, melt chocolate over warm water. Roll balls in chocolate until covered and remove to wax paper.

Additional chocolate may be necessary for dipping.

Let dry and store in containers or can be frozen to keep.
