1 16-ounce package extra wide egg noodles
½ pound butter
½ pound cream cheese, softened
1 pint sour cream
4 eggs, separated
1 cup sugar
cinnamon to taste
raisins (optional)
Corn Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Boil noodles. Melt butter and mix with cream cheese. Pour mixture into drained noodles and add sour cream. Beat the egg yolks and add to cream cheese mixture. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and continue beating. Fold whites into the noodle mixture. Stir in raisins if using. Pour the mixture into a greased pan and refrigerate overnight. Before baking, crumble corn flakes over the top. Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 and ½ hours. Doubles easily.
