2 4-ounce cans or 1 7-ounce can whole chilies
1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 pound jack cheese, grated
2 small cans tomato sauce
4 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
2 large cans evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400° Split chilies, remove seeds. Line a baking dish with one layer of chilies. Cover with the grated cheddar cheese. Place another layer of chilies over cheese. Blend milk, eggs and flour in a blender and pour over the chilies and cheese. Bake in oven until egg mixture has set (about 30 minutes). Remove from oven and cover with the jack cheese and tomato sauce. Return to the oven and bake for 45 minutes.
