1 cup Canola oil
2/3 cup catsup
Tabasco to taste
Pinch of salt
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 cup cider vinegar
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Cucumbers, sliced
beefsteak tomatoes, sliced
purple onion, sliced
Bibb lettuce, quartered

Mix all dressing ingredients in a blender. Chill and serve on the side with the salad.
