Ingredients:  
1 pound sweet sausage
3 cups Bisquick
1 pound grated sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 cup water
Tabasco to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Roll into balls (smaller than a golf ball, bigger than a marble). Bake at 350° until golden brown (approximately 20 minutes). Serve with salsa.

These can be made ahead. Cook them and freeze on cookie sheets. Once frozen, store in container in freezer until ready to use.
