1 lb ground beef
1 cup plain bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 cup rated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. paprika
1 medium onion, halved and sliced
1 jar (12 oz) brown gravy
1/2 cup sour cream
Hot cooked noodles

Directions:
Combine beef, bread crumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, milk, onion powder, garlic salt, and pepper, form into about 20 meatballs use a tablespoon, brown in a large skillet with oil and drain the fat, Sprinkle meatballs with paprika and onion cover and cook over low heat (10 minutes) combine gravy and sour cream; pour over meatballs, heat slowly DO NOT BOIL, serve over cooked noodles
