1 cup cushaw, cooked and mashed
1 unbaked pie shell
3 eggs, divided (save whites for meringue)
1 cup white sugar
Dash of salt
1 to 2 tbsp. flour
Dash of cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 cup thin cream
1/2 cup coconut

Directions:
Mix flour into sugar, then add salt and cinnamon. Stir in egg yolks, butter, cream, cushaw, and coconut. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 425º for 10 minutes, then lower temperature to 300º
until firm. Top with meringue.
