1 pouch Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix
Butter and egg called for on cookie mix
3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
2 bags unwrapped caramels
1/3 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly spray 48 mini muffin pans.

Make dough as directed on package. Shape dough into 48 balls. Press ball into bottom of each muffin cup and pressing up side to fill cups.

Bake 8-9 minutes or until edges begin to brown, Meanwhile in 3 qt saucepan, heat caramels and cream over medium heat, stirring frequently until melted. Reduce to low.

Remove pans from oven. gently press wooden spoon into bottoms and sides of cookie cups to flatten. being careful not to poke holes in cups.

Bake 2-3 minutes longer or until edges are golden brown. Immediately spoon 1/4 tsp (about 4) chocolate chips into each cup.

Spoon about 1 tsp caramel into each cookie cup. Immediately top with pecans. Cool 5 minutes, remove with metal spatula.
