(Scaled for 72 servings!)

15 solid oz. Raisin Bran flakes (or other bran flakes if you don't want raisins)
3 c. sugar
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
4 whole eggs, beaten
4 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together WELL.

Mix all other ingredients together WELL.

Combine all ingredients together and mix WELL.

Store in covered container. Spoon into greased or paper cup muffin tins.

DO NOT STIR AFTER MIXTURE IS COMPLETE AND IN CONTAINER.

Bake at 400º for 15-20 mins.
