2 c. chicken tenderloins, uncooked (11-12 tenderloin pieces)
1 c. broccoli tops
1/2 c. cubed carrots
1/2 c. cubed celery
1/4 c. diced leeks
3 T. butter
3 T. flour
2 1/4 c. milk
3/4 t. chicken boullion granules
1 c. parmesan cheese
2 frozen pie shells
Optional: 1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Bring pot of water to a boil. Submerge tenderloin pieces in boiling water, cover, return water to boil and turn burner off. Let chicken pieces steep for 15 minutes and immediately rinse in cold water. Drain and set chicken aside.

1 c. broccoli tops
1/2 c. cubed carrots
1/2 c. cubed celery
1/4 c. diced leeks
Simmer vegetables in water until cooked but not too soft. Drain well.

Melt 3 T. butter in saucepan. Add 3 T. flour and make paste. Cook a few minutes, then add 2 1/4 c. milk. Bring to a boil and simmer until thick. Add 3/4 t. chicken boullion granules and 1 c. parmesan cheese. Add chicken and vegetables and mix well.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Pour mixture into a frozen Marie Callendars (or another brand) pie shell. Cover mixture with another frozen pie shell. Seal edges when pastry softens. Optional: brush top with beaten egg. Bake 45 minutes until crust is brown.
