Two pounds shrimp
4 tbsp. butter
1 jar cheez whiz with salsa
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2-3 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1 bag (12 ounce) egg noodles
Parmesan cheese
Bread crumbs (the kind in a container).

If the cheez whiz with salsa cannot be found, just use cheez whiz without it.

Saute' vegetables and shrimp in butter (approximately 7 to 10 minutes). Remove from burner and add cheez whiz. Mix until cheez whiz is melted. Add soup and mix well.
Cook egg noodles according to directions on package. Pour cooked, drained noodles into 9x13-inch lightly greased pan. Add shrimp mixture. Mix noodles and shrimp mixture together. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 400º for approximately 10 minutes or until bubbly.
