2 or 3 rib-eye steaks or flat-iron steaks
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sesame oil (or extra-virgin olive oil)
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp lime juice

Directions:

Place ingrediemts om a zip lock bag with steaks. Marinate 30 minutes to 3 hours.
