Ingredients:  
5 tbls. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. chopped dates
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
2 1/2 c. rice krispies
1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, sugar, eggs and dates in an electric
skillet at 360º. Add and blend vanilla, salt, rice krispies and nuts. Cook till thick.
As soon as cool enough to handle, shape as desired. Roll in powder sugar.
