1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. white sugar
2 beaten eggs
12 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in sauce pan. Add cocoa and stir until smooth. Remove from heat and add rest of ingredients. Stir. Drop by tsp. on to hot waffle iron. I make 4 at a time on my waffle iron. They only take about a minute to bake. Remove with fork to a tray.
Frost with chocolate frosting.

These are nice to make on a hot summer day as there is no need to turn on the oven. Larry, Philip and Cheryl liked these when they were kids.
When I take them somewhere as treats they always receive positive comments. You can also cut this recipe in half.
