1 pint whipping cream
1 t vanilla
2 t sugar
2 boxes instant chocolate pudding
3 3/4 c milk
1 package lady fingers
1/2 c orange juice
2 Skor bars
1/2 pint raspberries (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare chocolate pudding with the 3 3/4c milk. Refrigerate.
Prepare whipped cream using clean chilled mixer. Pour cream in to mixer bowl and whip on high until thickening begins (about 2-3 minutes). Add vanilla and resume mixing on high. Quickly add sugar by sprinkling in. Stop when peaks form.
Assembly:
Place 1/3 chocolate pudding in a clear tall bowl.
Cover with 1/2 package lady fingers. Saturate with 1/4 c orange juice.
Layer with next 1/3 of the chocolate pudding, then 1/2 of the whipped cream.
Finally, layer with other 1/2 package lady fingers and remaining orange juice.
Next, layer last 1/3 of the chocolate pudding and remaining whipped cream.
Top with skor bars and raspberries (optional).
