"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Killer Garlic Chicken is designed to grab your taste buds and send them into convulsions. The previously secret set of ingredients cause a catalytic reaction to the chicken meat that both tenderizes and releases a series of flavor eruptions that will put your body into a state of shock that mimics the third stages of hypothermia.
Please keep this recipe secret. It was believed to be originally developed by the Mayans prior to their sudden disappearance in 900 AD and was discovered in a cave in Belize in 1920's by explorers who were found dead but smiling around their campfire . My grandfather was part of a rescue team that found the explorers, looted their personal effects ,and kept the recipe but never actually tried it since he was a vegetarian. He sent it in to the IRS as payment for his taxes and years after his death they sent it back to me suggesting that their department had been wiped out and they no longer could find someone to prepare the recipe. Please be careful if you try it and make sure you have proper insurance.
