12 corn tortillas
4 tomatoes
1/2 onion
vegetable oil
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp of knor with tomato (Mexican condiment)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix tomatoes, onions and knor in a blender. Saute the mixture with a little vegetable oil until it comes to a boil. Set aside.

In another pan large enough for the tortillas to fit place enough oil to dip the tortillas. Warm the oil and dip the tortillas one at a time in the warm oil being careful not to over cook them. Then dip them in the tomato mixture place on a plate and fill them with the shredded mozzarella cheese and roll them. Place each one in a baking dish and top with more cheese and the remaining sauce. Cook until cheese is melted and serve hot.
