1 can crescent rolls
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 cup cheddar or mozzarella cheese
2-3 chicken breasts
broccoli & cauliflower mix (frozen)
4 oz. mushrooms chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1) Boil chicken in chicken broth for 1 hour and shred. Mix together shredded chicken, cream cheese, broccoli and cauliflower, and mushrooms in a medium bowl.

2) Roll out crescent rolls and spread with fingers. Place 2 spoonfuls of mixture and place a triangle on top and make pockets by connecting the top of dough to bottom of dough around edges.

3) Cook in oven on a cookie sheet according to crescent roll directions.
