1 cup shortening
2 cups sugar
4 eggs

2 Tbsp. milk or cream
4 cups flour
1/8 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
1) Cream together shortening, sugar, and eggs one at a time.

2) Add milk, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix well and add vanilla.

3) Chill about 20 minutes. Roll and cut. Bake at 400º until lightly browned.
