"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Mix sugar, eggs, vanilla and oil with a spoon in a medium size bowl. The mixture should be jell like. Add the flour and baking powder, mixing by hand. You may need to add a little more flour- it should be thinner than cookie dough but thick enough to hold its shape on a cookie sheet. Should only move a little. Add chocolate chips.

Use a rectangular cookie sheet and make two strips the long way. Use a spoon to drop onto cookie sheet forming two logs.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350.  (325 for 27 minutes for convection oven)
