2 1/2 c all- purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/4 c peanut butter
1 c shortening
1 c sugar
1 c light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Set aside. Blend peanut butter, shortening and sugars until fluffy. Beat in vanilla and eggs. Gradually add flour mixture, stir until firm.
Chill 15 mins.
Meanwhile preheat oven to 350º
Once chilled roll into balls then into sugar. Or flatten with a fork crisscross. Bake 12-16 mins
