2 c sugar
3 T crisco (heaping)
1/2 c milk
2 T cocoa

add some vanilla when you are stirring after it has cooled. 1 or 2 tsp.

Cook until soft ball stage. To test pour a teaspoon of mixture in cup of cold water and see if it forms, not runny. If not then cook a little longer. Probably boil around a minute or so. Then set pan in cool water in sink to cool. After it has cooled down, beat with big spoon till mixture starts to look dull, not glassy. If sit becomes to stiff add a little milk to it. Then frost cake or bars.
