flour to make a thin batter
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar

Grease in pan. While cooking lift around the edges so batter runs underneath, turn, kinda cut up while cooking till done. Chop up put sugar on it.

This recipe came from my great grandfather Sizer who was Swiss. He came from Switzerland at the age of 15.
