Crust
1/2 c butter
1/4 c powdered sugar
1 c flour

2nd layer
1 8oz. cream cheese
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

3rd layer
strawberries, grapes, kiwi, pineapple, oranges etc.

Glaze
2 T cornstarch
1 c pineapple juice
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients and press into a pizza pan and bake at 350º for 8 - 10 minutes.

2nd layer cream together and spread on top of crust.

3rd layer lay sliced fruit on cream cheese.

Cook glaze together until thick and pour over fruit.
