Directions:
Very good with beef roast drippings. Cook roast, remove meat. Add water or beef broth till pan is 2/3 full. Bring to boil, pour dumpling batter on plate, take knife and cut batter little by little into boiling broth. If batter falls apart, add more flour. Cover, turn off heat, let stand a few minutes and serve. We love it over steamed potatoes!!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I also add dumplings to home made vegetable soup. I just don't make as big as recipe. 1 egg to 3 T water and 3 T milk and enough flour to cut.
