4 to 6 fish steaks or fillets (halibut, salmon, swordfish or red snapper)
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 to 6 thin lemon slices
1 tbsp chopped chives
1/4 cup melted butter
Paprika (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450ºF. Place fish steaks or fillets in a lightly greased shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and chives. Drizzle melted butter over fish and dust lightly with paprika.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes - until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Serve with buttery juices. Garnish with lemon slices.
