3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 teaspoon parsley flakes
Enough flour to make a very stiff dough
recipe can be doubled or even tripled. Depending on how much is needed.

Whisk together eggs salt and pepper and parsley flakes. Add enough flour to make a very stiff dough. use teaspoon and drop small amounts into boiling liquid or soup. Cook til done 5 or 6 minutes
