Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups water
2 1/2 oz. cans tomato sauce (total 20 oz.)
1 cube margarine or butter
3 beef bouillon cubes
4 chicken bouillon cubes

Heat these ingredients together on stove until butter is melted.

Put 2 1/2 cups uncooked rice (not instant) in a 9 x 13 cake pan.

Add:
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 small can green chiles
1/2 cup

Directions:
Directions:
Cover rice with cut up vegetables, pour liquid over rice and vegetables, cover pan with foil and cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir rice and cover again for 20 minutes more. Uncover, stir and cook for 10 more minutes.

You can omit the bacon, although it adds alot of flavor. I buy the pre-cooked bacon for ease. Depending on when I am serving the rice I don't usually uncover it and cook it for ten more minutes but just cook it the ten minutes covered and uncover when I am ready to serve.
