1/2 c butter
5 T granulated sugar
5 T cocoa
1 T vanilla
1 egg
2 c graham cracker crumbs
2 cans coconut ( about 2 2/3 c)
1/2 c chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Place softened butter, sugar, cocoa, egg and vanilla in pan and place over hot water stirring until butter is melted. Mix graham cracker crumbs, coconut and nuts together and add to butter mixture. Pack well into 9x9x2 ungreased pan and spread with icing.

For Icing:
3T butter
4 T cream
2 t instant vanilla pudding
2 c powedered sugar
4 squares of semi sweet chocolate

Cream 2 T of butter with pudding, cream and sugar allow to harden. Cover with chocolate meleted with 1 T butter. Be sure to let chcolate cool some before spreading on icing. Keep in refrigerator and cut into squares when ready to serve.
