Two cups cake flour


1 2/3 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoon soda
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons of sea salt
2 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
1 1/4 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
Two large eggs
Two teaspoons vanilla
1 1/4 pound dark chocolate chips

Sift together dry ingredients
Cream together 2 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
1 1/4 cups white sugar, 1 1/2 cups brown sugar cream till light in color. Add eggs mix well then add the vanilla. add dry ingredients in small batches. Don't over mix. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Use number 2 cookie scoop leave 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Sprinkle sea salt on top of cookie. Bake at 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes
