2 c butter softened
1 c granulated sugar
4 c all purpose flour
2 tsp vanilla
1 c crushed potato chips
1 c chopped nuts ( if desired, any kind)

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl cream together butter and sugar. Gradually stir in flour. Once combined, add vanilla. Stir in crushed chips and nuts. Chill 1 hour. Roll into balls, flatten a bit and bake for 10-15 min in preheated 350 º oven until golden brown.
