3 oz unsweetened chocolate
1c butter softened
1 c granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 c all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Microwave the chocolate and butter in microwave safe bowl for 2 minutes. Stir until chocolate melts. In a large bowl mix chocolate mixture with sugar. Add egg and vanilla, stir until combined. Mix in flour, baking soda and salt. Once combined chill for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375º
Roll dough into balls or roll out with your favorite cookie cutters.
Bake 8-10 minutes.
