2 ea. (16-18 oz. cans) pork and beans (pork fat removed)
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
3/4 c. catsup
2 tsp. mustard
1 T. dried minced onion (equal to one small onion, diced)
6 slices fried bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon. Empty pork and beans into greased baking dish. Combine brown sugar, corn syrup, catsup, mustard, and onion; mix well into beans. Place bacon strips on top. Bake @ 325º for 2 hours.

When doubling the recipe, drain the pork and beans so it won't be soupy.
